3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one registered account on the wildbets platform. Creating duplicate, linked, or fraudulent accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held within those accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. wildbets will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account details.
You must notify wildbets promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Accounts may be subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification. Failure to pass verification may result in access restrictions.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the wildbets platform, you agree to the following conduct obligations:
- You will only use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or other users' accounts.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform in any way.
- You will not engage in collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or deceive wildbets or other users.
- You will not use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or unauthorised communications.
- You accept that all games are provided for entertainment only and that wildbets does not guarantee any specific outcome or financial return.
Any breach of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the wildbets platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods available in your account at the time of the transaction. wildbets does not accept payments made by third parties or on behalf of another person.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account cashier. You are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate. wildbets will not be liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment information submitted by the user.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary by payment method — e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, while bank transfers follow standard Philippine banking schedules of one to three business days. wildbets reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
wildbets does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are advised to check with your provider directly.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
wildbets provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wildbets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service availability.
wildbets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunity, even if wildbets has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
wildbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these terms, identity verification failure, or inactivity. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the wildbets support team through the help options available after logging in. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly, and any verified remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method on file.
Third-party websites or services linked from or to the wildbets platform are not under our control. wildbets is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and inclusion of any link does not constitute an endorsement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
